Strongstep made one of the first successful implementations of processes worldwide, first in Portugal, according to the standard CMMI for Services evaluated by the Software Engineering Institute.

This model helps organizations deliver and continuously improve their services (see presentation below).

According to Vasco Ferreira - Ambisig CEO: " CMMI certification in Services (CMMI Services) allowed to make more evident and clear Ambisig offer in this area, by designing a "service catalog", it allowed us to reinforce and fine tune the performance and quality of services, raising the control of time, levels of service delivered and realized by the customers, as well as to improve our profitability in the area, the motivation of our teams and our company notoriety.

This certification was the result of a joint effort of our knowledge and experience from Ambisig with Strongstep, allowing to make this certification in the services area of Ambisig a singular reference at international level."
