Nowadays quality management is more and more necessary for the performance of software systems in which on our daily lifes rely increasingly. A proper quality management leads to significant gains in productivity, predictability, reduced defects and reduced costs.

Many organizations that develop or buy software look this activity as cost and not as an investment. This investment must be applied in a correct form and as early as possible in the development lifecycle. Build and manage a qulity software team is nowadays a complex activity that musc be learnt and adjusted acording to the contexto of organizations.

Methodology

The presentation of the proposed topics is intercalated with individual and group exercises. The course also has a practical component (hands-on) with some tools. Trainees will be evaluated based on performance during the various sessions and based on individual final proof.
