Strongstep presents at VII edition of the Congress of Service Engineering and Management 

Change Through Services is the main theme of the VII edition of the Congress of Service Engineering and Management (CESG). This conference will be held  on April 23 at Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto.

This conference is held as an initiative of students in the first year of Master in Service Engineering and Management (MESG), within institutional support of FEUP, and intended for professionals from public and private companies related to services, as well as academic communities in this area and the organizations or people which are interested in this evolving field.

Strongstep will be represented by Pedro Castro Henriques, CEO at Strongstep and Board Member at itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) Portugal and will present "Services - to certifiy or not?".

Strongstep at Cycle of Workshops “State of the Art in CMMI”
